Why We Started
Circle City Commercial Finance was founded with a clear focus: become Indianapolis's most knowledgeable and reliable commercial real estate lender. Not a generalist. Not a one-stop shop. A true CRE specialist.
Our founders spent years watching real estate investors and developers struggle with lenders who didn't understand the asset class, the local market, or the nuances of structuring a CRE deal. They set out to build something different — a firm built entirely around commercial real estate, staffed by people who live and breathe it.
